Refund policy
Last updated: 2026-11-06
1. What you buy
A plan is a digital service for a fixed period, paid once, that does not renew by itself (see the terms of service).
2. Refund within 14 days
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment of a plan, of an upgrade or of a renewal, without giving a reason. After the refund the event goes back to the free plan if it fits its limits; if it does not fit, it becomes read-only until you choose a plan or export your data.
3. After that
After 14 days we do not refund the unused part of a period. We do consider a refund, in whole or in part, when the service was not available to you for a long time or did not work as described and we could not fix it.
4. How to ask
Write to info@my-conference.net from the e-mail of your account, with the name of your event. We answer within a few working days. The refund goes back to the way you paid, through the payment provider, and can take some days to appear. Taxes paid are refunded with the amount.
5. The payment provider may refund too
When a payment provider acts as merchant of record, it may refund a purchase itself, for example after a request from the buyer or a dispute, within the period and conditions of its own policy. If that happens, the plan bought with that payment may end or go back to the previous one.
6. If you are a consumer
If you buy as a consumer, you have the rights the law gives you for contracts concluded at a distance, including, in the cases it provides for, a period to withdraw. If you ask us to start the service at once, you may lose that right once it has been fully provided. The refund above applies in any case.
7. What is not refunded
We do not refund when the plan ended because of a serious or repeated breach of the terms (acceptable use). The costs of your own participants' payments, invoices and e-mails, which are made through your own accounts, are never part of our refunds.
