My Conference (my-conference.net) is a technical platform for organising and running scientific and academic conferences. We build and host dedicated conference websites for scientific societies and event organisers, covering the full lifecycle of an event — from the public website through registration, abstract submission, peer review and the programme, to certificates of attendance and, where contracted, online payment processing on behalf of the organising entity.

How registration payments work
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Applies to My Conference's own platform/service fees (setup, hosting, support) — not to conference registration fees, which follow each event's own policy, set by its organising entity.
- If a client cancels before any setup or configuration work has begun, amounts already paid are refunded in full.
- Setup and configuration fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Hosting and support fees for a contracted event are non-refundable once the event's public registration period has opened, except where the service was not delivered due to a fault attributable to My Conference.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Terms & Conditions
- Individual agreements. Services are provided under a written agreement with each client organisation, setting out scope, pricing and payment terms for that event.
- Platform, not organiser. My Conference provides a technical platform for conference management; it does not organise, endorse, or take responsibility for the academic or scientific content of any conference hosted on it.
- Payments. Where payment processing is contracted, My Conference acts solely as a technical intermediary as described under Payments; registration fees belong exclusively to the organising entity.
- Promotions. Any promotional offers, if made, are governed by their own specific terms, communicated at the time of the offer.
