A form you design, prices by registration type and period, vouchers, limited places with a waiting list. Participants pay by card or Multibanco/MB Way (Stripe or EuPago, your own account) or by bank transfer.

Reviewers see only what is assigned to them. Single-blind, double-blind or open, with your own criteria; decisions are recorded and the authors told in batches.

Choose a name and an address. The site and the organiser area exist about a minute later. You can start from a blank event, from a ready-made model, or from a copy of a previous edition.
Write the pages, design the registration form and prices, define the formats and the review criteria, and open the call for abstracts. A checklist shows what is still missing.
Receive registrations and abstracts, review, decide, build the programme, issue certificates. If you outgrow the plan, upgrade and pay only the difference.
Registrations, payments, abstracts and reviews are linked: who registered, who paid, whose abstract was accepted and in which session. You do not reconcile four spreadsheets.

It is not a ticket marketplace: your event is not listed anywhere, and it has no seat maps. It does not stream or host sessions online. There is no native mobile app: the site works on phones, and QR check-in runs in the phone's browser. Support is by e-mail, not by telephone.
The free plan costs nothing. A paid plan is one payment per event, for twelve months, and does not renew by itself. Renewing costs the renewal price of the plan; upgrading pays only the difference.
