About the platform

Who is it for?

Scientific societies, university groups and organisers of conferences, symposia and workshops, from fifty to a few thousand participants.

What does an event include?

A website with your own pages, registration with optional online payment, a call for abstracts with peer review, a programme, certificates, name badges, QR check-in, e-mail templates and a support ticket system. See the features on the home page or try the demo.

Can I try it first?

Yes. The demo needs no sign-up, and the free plan lets you build a real event before paying anything.

In which languages does it work?

The platform, your organiser area and the pages of your event are available in Portuguese and English.

What support do I get?

Questions about the platform and problems with your event are answered by e-mail: use the contact page. The participants of your event write to you, through the support tickets of your event.

Plans and payments

What do I pay, and when?

The free plan costs nothing. A paid plan is one payment per event, for the period shown (usually twelve months), and does not renew by itself. Renewing costs the renewal price of the plan; upgrading pays only the difference.

Can I change plan later?

You can move to a larger plan at any time: the time left of what you have already paid is deducted from the price of the new plan. While a plan is running you cannot move to a smaller one.

How does renewing work?

Renewing the same plan costs its renewal price and adds one more period after the end of the current one. It is offered during the last six months of the plan, and after it ends. Nothing renews without you asking.

Who receives the registration fees?

You do. Registration fees go to the organising entity through the payment method you configure for your event. The platform charges its own plan fee, nothing on your registrations.

How is VAT handled?

The prices shown are without VAT. The payment service that sells the plan adds the VAT that applies in your country, shows you the final amount before you pay and issues the invoice. A business with a valid EU VAT number enters it at the payment and is not charged VAT (reverse charge).

How can I pay for a plan?

With the payment methods offered at the checkout of the payment service, such as bank cards. The list you see there is the final one.

Can I get a refund?

The cases are set out in the refund policy, linked in the footer of every page.

Your data

Where is my data, and is it GDPR-compliant?

In the European Union. The data processing terms are included and available to read before you sign up.

Who owns the data of my event?

You do. The platform processes it for you under the data processing terms, and you can export the lists (registrations, abstracts, payments) to Excel at any time.

What happens when my plan ends?

The event stays online in read-only mode for consultation and export. You are warned well before anything is deleted, and nothing is removed without notice.

Using it

What happens if I reach a limit of my plan?

Only new things stop: new registrations or new abstract submissions. Everything that exists stays as it is, and upgrading the plan reopens them.

Can I use my own domain and e-mail?

Your own domain is available on paid plans. Every event also gets a mailbox of its own, and you can connect your own e-mail account to send from your address.

How many e-mails can an event send?

Each plan has a limit of e-mails per hour, shown with the plan. Messages beyond it are held back and sent as the limit allows, so a large mailing never overloads anything.

Can I add my own scripts or embeds to the pages?

On the free plan the pages are cleaned of scripts, forms and foreign embeds. Paid plans can allow them.
